IF AN ERROR OCCURS:I
They are rare, but we won't lie. Errors do occur. If, for any reason, something should be wrong with your order, let us know and we will do our very best to correct the error as quick as possible. The complaint must be made within thirty (30) days of receiveing your order. We will also ask you to re-send us the product at our cost.
We do not offer refunds on any of our product.
SUBMITTED TEXT: Since you are responsible for the text you send to us on your order form it is very important that you proof read the details carefully before submitting your order. We will print exactly the information you submit, and are not responsible if anything is missing or wrongfully submitted.
Personalized items where we have made no error cannot be returned.
